TerraForge Cost Sheet — pending and approved columns on a demo capital job

Cost Sheet · sample treatment-plant job (demo)

Funding Manager first — then the hierarchy and the cost sheet that tell the truth.

The hierarchy is the product: organisation, funding, programme, project. Funding Manager holds the colors of money — capex, opex, grant, contribution — so each pot keeps its identity through allocation and spend. Cost Sheet, Schedule Manager, Cash Flow Manager and EVM read that hierarchy.

Funding Manager

Fund Sheet — live balances per source. Each color keeps its identity.

Capex is not a government grant. A grant is not a PPP. Funding type sits on the fund: FAC-100, HW-200, WW-300. Pending and approved requests consume the fund. Total revised, consumed, remaining, pending demand — rolled on the sheet. Allocation request, source change and reversal sit beside it, with a workflow on each.

TerraForge Fund Sheet — hierarchical funds by type with revised value, approved requests and remaining balance
Fund Sheet. Live funding balances per source. Pending and approved requests consume the fund; approved changes revise its value.

Schedule Manager

XER import — or connect P6 both ways over REST and webhooks

Bring Primavera P6 in by XER, or integrate one-way or bidirectional over REST and webhooks. Then open a live WBS Gantt: activities, duration, start, finish, percent complete, total float, variance. Critical path in red. Update from P6, add an activity, reschedule, set baseline — hundreds of activities on one programme.

TerraForge Schedule Manager — live WBS Gantt with critical path, baseline and hundreds of activities
A live WBS Gantt in TerraForge. Bring P6 in by XER, or connect one-way or bidirectional over REST and webhooks.

Cash Flow Manager

The S-curve, linked to the Cost Sheet.

Pick the level: project, cost code or contract. Link a Cost Sheet column — Approved Revised Budget — and the curve distributes that value across the months. Steepness and skew are sliders. Display currency is the same Company Configuration setting as the rest of the product.

TerraForge Cash Flow Curve — project-level S-curve linked to approved revised budget
Cash Flow Manager. Project, cost code or contract. Linked to the Cost Sheet. Shape the S-curve with sliders.

Global Search

One search across every business process and every app you have published.

Not a module-by-module hunt. One query across text, number, status, date and notes — every business process and every published custom app. Per-module chips. A project controller types an asset ID, a contract number, a work-order ID or a field on an app the admin published last month — and the record opens. Legacy PMIS tools do not have this today.

What ships

Hierarchy, funding, cost, schedule, cash flow.

Primavera P6 by XER, or one-way or bidirectional over REST and webhooks. Multi-currency and multi-region in Company Configuration.

Hierarchy

Programmes
The portfolio container. Roll-up is native, not a report someone built.
Projects
The job. Budget, contracts, schedule and location sit on it.
Project / programme requests
The front door for a new capital job — numbered, governed, searchable.

Funding Manager — colors of money

Funding Manager
The pots, the rules, the programme they pay for — one manager, not a spreadsheet of sources.
Colors of money
Capex, government grant, PPP, contribution: each type keeps its identity on the Fund Sheet through change and allocation.
Fund Sheet
Live balances per source. Pending and approved requests consume the fund. Approved changes revise its value. Remaining is a rolled number.
Funding Allocation Request
What moved, to which programme or project, with a workflow on it.
Funding Source Change
A governed revision to the fund value — pending and approved in their own columns.
Funding Allocation Reversal
Undo an allocation without rewriting history by hand.

Cost & budget

Cost Sheet
Hierarchical codes. Initial, change, transfer, approved revised. Multi-currency with a dated FX rate — currencies come from Company Configuration.
Initial budget
The sanctioned baseline, as a business process — not a locked spreadsheet.
Budget change
Pending and approved in their own columns.
Budget transfer
Movement between codes, with the same pending / approved split.

Contracts

Contracts
Titles, counterparties, values — feeding committed.
Change orders
Against the parent contract, not a parallel tracker.
Payment applications
Actuals from the same family of business processes.
SOV
Schedule of values on the contract.
Risk business process
On the project, in the same search as the rest.

Schedule, cash flow & earned value

Schedule Manager
WBS Gantt: activities, critical path, milestones, baseline, total float, variance. Day / week / month. On baseline, P6 dates, Update from P6, reschedule.
P6 — XER, REST & webhooks
Bring Primavera P6 in by XER, or integrate one-way or bidirectional over REST and webhooks. Update from P6 sits on the toolbar.
Cash Flow Manager
S-curve linked to a Cost Sheet column. Project, cost code or contract. Steepness and skew sliders — front-load or back-load. Monthly bars, cumulative, export.
EVM
Live from portfolio to project to cost code — not a monthly extract.

Drillable dashboards

Global Search
One token across text, number, status, date and notes — every business process and every published custom app. Module-scoped chips. Open the matching record from the hit. Legacy PMIS tools do not have this today.
Business process dashboards
Initial budget, changes, contracts, payment applications — each ships tiles, recent records and status. Not a separate BI tool.
Visual metrics
Cost by category, top drivers, spent bars, allocation. The widgets read the business process the workflow already governs.
Drill
Organisation to programme to project — click through. The widgets follow the record you opened.

See it running against your own programme data.

Not a canned demo environment — your business processes, your data.
