The work
Built by the people who had to live in it.
I have spent 31 years in project controls and enterprise PMIS. I was Senior Director, PMIS and Facilities on the original Skire Unifier team in Menlo Park before the Oracle acquisition. I then spent seven years implementing Unifier, served as Principal Consultant at Oracle Construction & Engineering and at Kahua, and worked in project controls at Parsons.
For the past four years I have been implementing a legacy PMIS for Irish Water (Uisce Éireann): a national capital programme covering an entire country’s water and wastewater network. That is the operating context TerraForge is built from — land, funding, portfolio, schedule, and the constraints of a regulated utility.
For more than fifteen of those years, enterprise PMIS demonstrations have opened the same way. Wait for the page. Ignore that tab. The interface looks dated; the reporting will make up for it. That is not a presentation problem. It is a decade-old stack behind a newer skin.
TerraForge is the system those platforms did not become: a modern web architecture, native land, portfolio and GIS, and an administrator who can publish a business process without a vendor change request.
